I would give this Covington Family Care 10 stars but they only let me do 5. There customer Assist at the front desk at this location went up and beyond more than I could have imagined. I was so grateful and pleased with not only how much they cared about me and my son. They also made it very known that if I need anything else to please let them know. Thank you to the Covington Family care Front desk and Doctors and Nurses there. All you guys Rock. Thank you

Have been going here for many years. Through kids, myself, and 3 moves. Dr. Acker is the best. Her new staff is getting it together. Happy for the new space. Check out my pics and videos for more info.

Excellent doctor. She have been seeing my 5 year old for 5 years and now she sees my 7 month old. I love their doctor. She so sweet. She caring and loveable about her patients. She give me full details about everything. The staff is excellent. They know who we are when we enter the front door. No complains at all ??????
