Covington Family Care is a friendly and caring primary care practice. The doctors are the best, very nice, and show genuine concern for their patients. The front desk staff, receptionists, and nurses are very professional, friendly, and go above and beyond. They make patients comfortable and show they care. The practice has a new space and is a place where patients feel grateful and pleased with the service for themselves and their families.
She is amazing and takes her time to address all your concerns and needs. She listens than respond. She does what is best for you. She doesn’t push unnecessary medication.
I just started coming to Covington family care, but I already love it. Dr. Acker is the best. She has a genuine concern and care for her patients. She asks questions and makes you comfortable in her presence. Her receptionist and nurses are very professional as well. Thank you for all you do.
I would give this Covington Family Care 10 stars but they only let me do 5. There customer Assist at the front desk at this location went up and beyond more than I could have imagined. I was so grateful and pleased with not only how much they cared about me and my son. They also made it very known that if I need anything else to please let them know. Thank you to the Covington Family care Front desk and Doctors and Nurses there. All you guys Rock. Thank you
