Called them and put in a service call because my A/C wasn’t keeping up and something was not right with the system. They said a tech would call me and let me know an ETA. 30 minutes later I had a call from the tech letting me know that they would be out, same day, to get everything taken care. There was no additional for after hours for the service which blew me away. Richard came out and spent more time assessing my unit than any other company. He found a portion of our duct work that was cooling the furnace room where the main A/C is located. He taped everything back in the room, a couple spots in our attic. He also recharged the Freon, cleaned the coils, and covered all the bases. Ensured the system was running better than when he arrived which it did. 10/10 service and will call them every time. I am a customer for life!
What an upstanding company! Customer service is excellent. We were in the hottest temps of year and our air conditioner went out. They not only answered but were able to get out to us ASAP. They were reasonable and excellent service. Phillip is beyond great. He took his time and answered questions, gave us helpful tips and just was all around exceptional. Wish more people were like him. He has a passion to this company and it shows. I would recommend this company hands down!
I had a new unit installed 4.5 yrs ago. It suddenly stopped working the night before last, and it was almost 80degrees in my house. The kids all had to sleep downstairs on the couch so they weren't miserable. I called Hixon and within three hours, they were at my home, the issue was resolved and they didn't bill me a dime. I can't say enough about how great my experience was ❤️
