“This is a 500 star company. Andy of Water Pro Inc is definitely a keeper. Having had a flood problem in the past, I can say that there are shady companies who take advantage. But Water Pro is in a league of its own. You will want to save his business info in your phone for emergencies and share with people you love.
Andy came within 24 hours of my call to assess the damage. He is not only credentialed in dealing with water removal, he is also licensed as a general contractor and has a degree in architecture, so he is a one stop shop.
After driving all the way here, and assessing the situation he said that we caught the problem fast enough and didn’t need his services. He charged us NOTHING and wouldnt let us pay a dime.
