“There was a mixup processing my dog’s heart worm test. I called customer service for help and the rep researched the issue. She apologized profusely saying she was embarrassed over the mishandling of the heart worm culture and sent several coupons including a coupon for a free retest and vowed to communicate the problem with field management. It was refreshing to interact with a company that takes ownership of mistakes. All companies have mishaps from time to time. How a company responds to a complaint separates the great companies from the good ones. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but she earned an A plus.“
