I was assigned Air Design Air Conditioning & Heating thru Home Shield. My scheduled appointment was for between 2pm- 6pm. The HVAC technician arrived at 1:28pm 👍🏾👍🏾. He was professional and introduced himself as Lewis jr and went straight to work. My air conditioning was not getting cold I explained and he asked a couple of questions and asked me to show him the system which is in the attic. I left him and he came down to check the outdoors units twice and told me he had figured the problem and in less than twenty minutes he had my system performing correctly. On time, Technician found the issue with the A/C very quickly and already had the correct parts on his truck and made the repairs promptly. Pretty good first time experience with this company. This was a home warranty repair
