“back in Dec. 2024 this had been maybe 2nd or 3rd visit to the office, all previous visits had been a great experience! on this particular day, so excited for the schedule services needed to bring back my confidence by “getting my smile back” However due to unfortunate circumstance the schedule service was not completed. I was devastated, very emotional, disappointment. once this happened … “I could read the room/office” all parties involved began to treat, speak/not speak to me as if I was looking, asking for or expecting some type of a handout! Now that I’m ready and more than prepared for the needed dental services.
