“I had fired my previous dentist a few months ago.

I searched for a new dental provider that I felt was honest, straight forward, and originally care the care for her patients. I found such a provider with Heritage Family Dentistry Dr. Erin Pickwick located in Grayson, Georgia. I had a crown to come off, and I reached out to Heritage Family Dentistry (HFD). I called and explained my situation to Steaphine, Patient Coordinator. After a brief conversation she was able to provide me with an appointment for later that day.

Upon arrival at their office; I was received with a professional attitude with a short wait period. Steaphine sent me the paperwork to complete and return online thus making the visit much easier once arrived.

I had a great experience at this clinic. The staff was welcoming and the facility was extremely clean.

After a short wait time I was met by Ketsia, Lead Dental Assistant. She was awesome. After a x-ray and discussion. She cleaned the clean for re-install. Dr. Pickwick came in and made an assessment clean the tooth and replaced the crown.
I highly recommend this clinic! The entire team is warm, professional, and welcoming. Dr. Pickwick takes the time to explain everything clearly, making the whole visit smooth and stress-free.“

“Upon walking in you are greeted with a smile. Dr Lugus even took the time to introduce himself personally before it was our time to be seen. The waiting room is extremely inviting. There is a game room my son enjoyed although the game controllers were dead it still made him feel comforted to know they cater to children in this manner. Everything is set up amazingly to keep the children at ease and the staff is amazing. I will Def recommend and wish we would've found them much sooner.“
