“Listen! I brought my daughters in on 7/23. This is my second time for my youngest, yet the first time for eldest. Let me tell you, both of them enjoyed their experience here where they told me to do a survey.

I noticed how my, teen adult, was more vocal, yet she is a woman of few words and as always, my teen baby, is the opposite.

The atmosphere is welcoming, as always, but this time, I noticed a couple of things. I had to come early. As I was there, the team, from the front to the back, knows their patients by name and team work throughout!

You can tell the staff love what they do, who they work for and with.

They may not know who I am because they called me by another name, which is ok-less confusion. However, I just want you all to make sure that my girls wanted you all to know this review is from them!

Jasmine, Dr Jenkins and everyone were amazing. Got an extraction I needed so badly, and a comprehensive treatment plan for the future. They even helped with guidance on getting better insurance. I highly recommend this practice“

“After (4) visits with EAFD over 18 months, I’ve always received courteous, caring and competent attention from everyone, both office and medical staff. Never did I believe my prior dentist of 40+ years could be surpassed, but I was wrong. The dental care provided by this clinic instills an expectation of anxiety free experience, to the extent that is possible. I rate EAFD as Superlative.

Four days prior to my bi-annual teeth cleaning, I suffered a chipped front tooth. Although certainly not a medical emergency, it clearly was an appearance crisis for me. EAFD staff incredibly secured not only an early appointment but also changed the prior appointment for the same time. No doubt this is not always possible but it does reflect their extraordinary effort to accommodate a patient need. It’s a unique experience whenever office staff cares as much as the health care provider and Dr. M sets a high bar to achieve.“

“Such a wonderful practice! I am a general dentist (for adults) and I’ve been recommending this office for years for my patients’ kids. Now I can recommend it from my own personal experience! It was super easy to schedule, and they even tried to get us in earlier by putting us on a cancellation waitlist and calling when they had openings. The actual visit was so lovely as well - the assistants made X-rays for my three year old an absolute breeze. Our hygienist, Kimberly, did an amazing job showing every step to my daughter and letting her interact with the instruments to make her completely comfortable. And Dr. Angie was incredibly kind and informative. I was worried about a couple of areas on my daughter’s teeth and Dr. Angie checked everything thoroughly to make sure there weren’t any cavities. Dr. Kelley was wonderful, and all of the front desk workers, assistants, hygienists, and dentists were very friendly and communicative. I was a little nervous about going since it had been a few years since I'd been able to visit a dentist and I knew I had some cavities and gum disease to address, but I was never once made to feel judged or chastised for it. During procedures they made sure I was comfortable and had something engaging to watch on the overhead TVs, and the moment I expressed any discomfort they paused to ensure that I was okay before continuing. After my first visit I was given an easily understandable care plan so I knew what to expect for future visits, and billing was clearly communicated with no unpleasant surprises or upselling.
