“Samson Home Maintenance transformed my house. It had significant exterior maintenance issues, and he completely revitalized it. He repainted all of the trim and repaired extensive wood rot around the doors, windows, and exterior trim with exceptional craftsmanship.

His carpentry skills were outstanding. The damaged trim around my double front doors was expertly rebuilt, and areas of wood that had been chewed by my dog were repaired so seamlessly that the damage is completely undetectable. He also carefully touched up the stained areas, blending the finish beautifully with the surrounding wood so the entire door unit did not have to be replaced.

He took great care in removing and replacing trim that had been severely damaged by squirrels. Rather than applying quick patches, he repaired or replaced each area properly, demonstrating pride in his workmanship.

I am truly appreciative and grateful for the care, professionalism, and consideration Sanford gave my home. The quality of his work exceeded my expectations, and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone needing painting, carpentry, or exterior home repairs.“

“I made an appointment at 5pm and had a team out by 8am the following day. The gentlemen that serviced my system were professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer any of my questions and explain what they were doing and why. I ended up with a riser for my unit that allows me to check if service is needed with just a few screws and allows the technicians to drain my septic system next time without digging up the yard. My system might have a failing drain field. Delta offered a service called hydro jet that cleans out the field to give it a chance to correct on its own. The difference in price between the hydro jet and the drain field replacement is massive. With the replacement starting at $12k. Hopefully the hydro jet will be effective for my issues. They also had 12 months same as cash financing as well as longer term options.“

Most recently, I hired them to to help me remediate some outside rot to my house and deck due to poor water mitigation by the previous owners. The owner, Jonathan, and his crew, worked with me to get the work down around my schedule. They also highlighted issues that I wa unaware of that needed to get repaired. And I am so glad they did. “Harden is awesome! She is patient and informative. We had a third party radon short-term and long-term test in 2021. The short-term returned at 27.6 pCi/L and the long-term at 12.1 ± 1.6 pCi/L. These results are horrifying! After some research on mitigation specialists, I decided on Smart Space Atlanta. Within 48 hours after installation of the mitigation system, which was pretty much custom since I requested they conceal the system running it through my floors and ceiling versus outside alongside my house, my radon average was 0.3. Fast forward to two years later, I tested two separate areas of the basement with short-term test conducted by Alpha Energy Labs. The room furthest away from the mitigation system returned at Less than 0.9 pCi/L and the main area of the returned at less than 0.7 pCi/L. These are pretty amazing results! I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by MJG Heating & Air. From the beginning, they demonstrated a high level of professionalism, integrity, and respect.

Approximately a year ago, I had a new AC unit installed by another technician, which came with a two-year workmanship warranty and a ten-year replacement warranty. Unfortunately, one year after installation, the system began to freeze. I contacted the original installer under the terms of the workmanship warranty. He initially responded by turning the system off to allow it to defrost—but never returned. Despite multiple follow-ups, he ignored all my messages. To make matters worse, he left water leaking into my kitchen from the AC unit.

Frustrated and in need of help, I turned to my neighborhood app and found MJG Heating & Air. When I spoke with the technician, he was incredibly humble and promised to stop by later that day after finishing an installation job. True to his word, he came that same evening and worked diligently to get my AC system running again.

His professionalism and calm demeanor throughout the process, even when faced with challenges such as issues with my home’s temperature regulator, truly stood out. He treated my family and me with the utmost respect and care—like we were his own family.
