My husband and I are in the process of purchasing a 140 year old home and wanted to ensure we used an inspector experienced in older home inspections. We were very happy with the service provided by Mr. Pressley. He was very responsive and able to get out quickly and do our inspection during our due diligence period. His report was extremely thorough and he took the time to explain everything to us and answer any questions we had. I would definitely use him and again and recommend him to anyone in need of home inspection services.

We engaged Paris for pre-drywall and final inspection(s) and I'm so happy we did! Despite purchasing a new build through a reputable "luxury" builder, Paris identified several meaningful improvements that will save us trouble down the road. Paris presented us with a very thorough report, and offered his assistance/guidance in follow-up of delivery as we were trying to figure out to navigate the new build process.
