We had an absolutely wonderful experience! The variety of colors, finishes, styles, and options available made it so easy to find exactly what we were looking for. There are so many choices, and the quality is fantastic.
The customer service was truly exceptional from start to finish. Savannah and Taylor in Sales were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, and Nicole in Scheduling made the entire process smooth and easy. Everyone was responsive, professional, and genuinely a pleasure to work with.
We were also extremely impressed with the quick turnaround time. Everything moved along much faster than expected without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.

We have used Synmar on 6 bathroom projects. We have been extremely satisfied with their products, communication, and how fast they can turn the orders out of production. We will continue to have a long lasting relationship.
Couldn't be happier with the service here. Plenty of choices and the office staff get things moving. My second and third bathroom countertops will be ready the end of next week.
