“I've been training here since July and I've haven't felt this good since my early 20's. Coach Jon, Coach Lee and Coach Victoria make each of their kickboxing classes fun and instructive. Even though I'm winded at the end, I always look forward to the next class. That's a feeling I've never had about fitness and I appreciate that I feel that way now.I enrolled my daughter in kids BJJ and she loves it. I look forward to a long future here. I highly recommend.“
