“Decent carpet cleaning, its hard to really know who to go with when hunting around on google and im generally satisfied with Safe Dry. Tech that came out was super friendly and enjoyed chatting with him between work, great attitude and did a great job considering their equipment.

My only honest complaint is that they do not do 'normal' carpet cleaning with a large machine and lots of water as you would expect. Not ultimately sure if that's good or bad per say but I found various more soiled/worn spots on our carpet afterwards that were still not 100% cleaned up.

We were moving out of a rental so I really dont care in the end, but I feel I would go with a more traditional carpet cleaning. I feel the only benefit of Safe Dry is less water usage and it drys much much faster because of it.“

Showed up when they said they would, did what they said they would do. My basement is dry! Bowen and Brody were great. I hope I NEVER need them again - but if I should I will not hesitate to call them and would absolutely have no problem recommending them to anyone who needed the services they supply.“
