My only honest complaint is that they do not do 'normal' carpet cleaning with a large machine and lots of water as you would expect. Not ultimately sure if that's good or bad per say but I found various more soiled/worn spots on our carpet afterwards that were still not 100% cleaned up.

We were moving out of a rental so I really dont care in the end, but I feel I would go with a more traditional carpet cleaning. I feel the only benefit of Safe Dry is less water usage and it drys much much faster because of it.“
