Shea was very helpful when explaining the process to us and Shaun and Zack came out each day to make sure our property was drying. With an active water discharge going on in my secondary home five states away from me, my insurance put out calls to several water mitigation and restoration companies in the area. ServiceMaster arrived in a nanosecond. Stephen was wonderful. He mobilized his crew immediately and kept me informed every step of the way! Bowen and crew removed the water from the carpets and equipment was set up to dry everything over a period of days. Everyone I dealt with was kind, professional, and efficient.
