“UPDATE:

My child was supposed to be coming in to have her cap put back on that came off after only 3 months. I spoke to someone twice before that appointment and they never informed me that it was only a consult and not the cap being put back on. The dentist was in the room about 1-2 minutes and then said they would get her set up with a different dentist. Needless to say I was not happy as I had to take off work. My child has yet to be scheduled for her procedure as she had to be put “on a waiting list for Dr. Adams”. I’m very upset with this office! I tried to call the week before when the cap came off and after trying for 4 hours, nobody would answer the phones. I also sent an email to the office supervisor, who by the way never responded as of yet, regarding the phone situation. When someone finally called me back, I was told that there is only one phone number for 3 different offices and only 1 person apparently answers calls. This is frustrating to say the least! Hopefully my child doesn’t end up with an infection, because that will become a major problem.
