“Excellent Dentist is every way. His office staff needs customer service training in a bad way. They accidentally forgot to mark my appointment cancelled when I called and then refused to refund the $30 they charged my wife for their mistake, or even check with Dr. Sasser to see if he would like to make an exception in this case to obtain a customer. Very unfortunate!”
“Dr. Lancaster and his entire staff are incredible! After relocating to Brunswick I wasn’t able to find an all inclusive dental practice until my previous dentist in Maryland found Dr. Lancaster and Exceptional Dentistry for me. I’ve been well taken care of and treated with dignity and respect along with support and encouragement from everyone there.”
