UPDATE:
My child was supposed to be coming in to have her cap put back on that came off after only 3 months. I spoke to someone twice before that appointment and they never informed me that it was only a consult and not the cap being put back on. The dentist was in the room about 1-2 minutes and then said they would get her set up with a different dentist. Needless to say I was not happy as I had to take off work. My child has yet to be scheduled for her procedure as she had to be put “on a waiting list for Dr. Adams”. I’m very upset with this office! Love the professionism and honesty!
My 3 (almost 4) year old had to have a stainless steel crown on one of her teeth. The dentist and dental assistant worked fast and did a phenomenal job. My baby girl was highly distracted (kid-talk, Frozen, and laughing gas) and no crying took place :) I am also in awe of how great Surfside makes every cleaning appointment super fun. We’re appreciative of you all & will forever take the hour drive to keep up with cleanings and treatment plans!
