It has been a few days since my facial and my skin still glows and looks great. I will definately say that the customer service is unmatched. All of my questions and concerns were answered. I am now a repeat customer.
If I could give more than five stars I would. This was my first spa experience, and I was simply blown away. Ms. Niqua is the sweetest woman on the planet, and she is so knowledgeable on everything that has to do with your skin. The whole setup was so professional and also so cute with all of the decorations! This place is definitely a VIBE! I received a facial, aromatherapy, and the hand resurfacing treatment. Once the facial started it was the most relaxing thing I have ever experienced. I am pretty sure I fell asleep in the middle of it because of how relaxed I was! The essential oil steam was my favorite part because it smelled amazing and the steam felt so good on my face. She has the most gentle touch and included a face and neck massage into my facial! I left looking and feeling like a new woman. I also loved how I was getting one on one time with my esthetician. She showed that she really cared about me and my skin- she even gave me her phone number to contact her anytime I have trouble with new products or to get her opinion on anything. She really took care of me and made the experience absolutely unforgettable. Ms. Niqua worked her magic, and I am so excited to go back again in the future! If you're looking for a relaxing spa experience you have found the right place!! 100/10 would recommend to anybody!!!!
I just had a facial and it was awesome. I can truly feel the difference in my skin. Niqua was personable, interested in my skin type and extremely professional. I will be returning soon. 5 👍
