I visited the store a few weeks ago and it was truly a day to remember. I am not that familiar with make up, so I was not sure what to expect. While there, Lenora helped me create a look that suits my needs and find the products that work for me. She had great intuition which you can sense through how she clearly explained the nuances. Most notably, she was like the older sister I never and I'll always remember her kindness. Staci was the cashier who checked out the products I bought. Her energy was so vibrant and welcoming! Had my first cut and color in over a year and Ms. Erica went above and beyond! I was spiraling after the initial color did not come out as expected because of my undertones. She calmly color corrected and then gave me the BEST cut! She was super knowledgeable and explained each process to me in a way I could understand. I had a great experience and will be back!
