I had a senior moment and backed into a pole ripping my back wall away from my fifth wheel. Part of my side wall was also torn. Insurance adjuster gave me an estimate to begin with. I chose Apalachee RV for their reputation. Kerri the service manager set up an appointment to drop off the unit and was waiting on me when I arrived. We did a preliminary walk thru and he found some discrepancies with the initial report. He explained why a change order was needed in order to repair the unit the safe and proper way. Had appointment for ride height check on my London Aire. They started on it shortly after arrival and 1.5 hours later I was on my way home. Elaine was nice and very helpful. Tracy gave me a tour of their facility and explained all the rv work they perform. I have used them a few times and recommend them for your rv service.
The service provided was a recall from Newmar. Apalachee RV worked our RV in as we were passing through the area. They made the repair quickly and did a great job. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them for any repairs.
