I am so thankful that a friend told me about E5FIT! I get a hard workout from the wonderful trainers and it's fun because of the community there. We always cheer each other on come back for more!
So glad I found E5 Fit! The trainers encourage, train, and help you to achieve your goals. They adjust movements to best cater what your body needs/can do and bring a great attitude to the gym everyday. Such a great gym!
Very professional, very knowledgeable trainers. Perfect spot for one on one and small group fitness classes. Super clean, well equipped, never crowded and easy parking. Been with my trainer there for more than 5 years. Highly recommend.
