I’ve been to several CrossFit boxes before and I can honestly say this is the only one I’ve ever been to where there are no egos involved. I have a little bit of gym anxiety so when a friend - who’s already a member - asked me to drop in on a class with her I was apprehensive but Coach Michael, Sonia, James, Helen, and Terrance have all made me feel right at home and like I’m already part of a community (as I just moved to Atlanta as well). You will not go wrong choosing this gym to spend your time and money at. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!“

4545 River Pkwy #11j, Atlanta“I moved to Vinings Palisades in March 2019, after having an issue with my move-in Crystal was absolutely wonderful in resolving it. It's a quite neighborhood and close to everything. I love the dog park for my little pup, just wish there was some kind of time limit as to how long you can stay in there because a lot of the time the big dogs occupy the park and I can't take my little one in there. Crystal is awesome and I have had no issues with maintenance, if I have a problem they are usually there to resolve it within a day. My AC went out one evening and I put a ticket in at 8 pm, they came and fixed it that evening. I love it at Vinings Palisades!“

“This is a great group of people that make working out fun in spite of the early morning hour! The workouts are different every day and can accommodate all ability levels; lots of cardio and bodyweight/band work. There's even a group that meets before the workout to run/walk if you want to get some extra miles in! If the weather is decent the workouts are outdoors, so dress accordingly.“
