I had first visited Any Spine years ago and they assisted me with a frozen shoulder. I recently had a problem with a disc. Dr. Zac not only helped with adjustments but took my MRI report and re wrote the report in layman terms so that I could understand the results. Unfortunately the Orthopedic practice I visited was very dismissive and I felt unheard. Dr. Zac spend the extra time with me to make sure I understood what was happening and how he could help. “Thank God for Dr. Pandya. I’ve had to have two knee replacements, one was a partial, (March 2023) and the most recent was a total. (May 2025) In the case of my partial, my recovery was swift and I was back to all normal activities (including running) within a couple of months. My recovery with the total has been amazing. After two weeks I am pain free, walking up to 1.5 miles and hope to be running within 3-4 months.
