Atlanta Orthopaedic Institute is a center for musculoskeletal excellence. Their team of world-class Physicians, including Dr. Pandya, a very compassionate and skilled surgeon, along with their knowledgeable, empathetic, and caring supporting staff members are dedicated to the overall health and wellness of their patients. The Physicians' specialties cover every orthopaedic need, from common sports-related injuries like knee issues to spine surgery, deformity correction, total joint replacement, and more. Patients praise the great and pleasant staff, who are true professionals and make a scary experience very comfortable. The staff provides an excellent explanation of the entire treatment process and surgical process from beginning to end. Patients also report amazing recovery, being pain free, and regaining full mobility and functionality.

I assume the Buckhead location closes regularly after lunch Friday. No notice, nothing anywhere to inform you. As you will see at the end of the original review. This is my second attempt. I assume that is also why they never have avaliablity after 11:30 am. I can always get the other office on the phone. Get transfered, but never this one. Which means when the doctor forgets to call in your medication after an appointment. You'll be out all weekend. Since I was just at the office in person. Nothing was noted about this closure. Either they need to update their hours or something.

That is the most beautiful place that does not feel like a doctor office but a home with family. The staff, the nursing staff Dr. James Malcolm the whole team from the the receptionist to the nurse assistant. Every single one of them are lovely. Kind they're ready to help. They make you feel so comfortable and they just work with you wherever you need. They so patient and kind and they go out of their way and Dr. Malcolm he listens to you. He cares personally like you was one of his family members and he really cares and he shows that and the results of his surgery. If I could give 10 stars I would! The entire team at AOI/ATL was professional yet warm and welcoming- ALWAYS making sure I was comfortable and taken care of. Even when I had to wait I knew it was because they were giving sincere time to the patients in front of them. The mood of the office was upbeat and I could just tell everyone enjoyed what they did and who they worked with. I can’t praise or thank Dr Malcolm enough for his skill and expertise in my SPINAL FUSION/ scoliosis corrective surgery.
