There were several hiccups/mistakes made by the painter. It was causing more work than needed and I was actually getting quite anxious over everything. Larry the project manager came out as needed and assured me that the mistakes would be corrected. He did give me reassurances that at the end of the project I would be happy with the job. Well, the job is finished and I feel like they went above and beyond to correct the mistakes and for me that speaks volumes and shows me that they are a company filled with integrity! Came back to the door asked about the satellite dish on the roof. Left his card and said he would write an estimate and email it to me in a day or two. Out of three estimates Dr Roof was the lowest with detailed materials and warranty included with color of architectural shingles. I do recommend Dr Roof. The supervisor and workers were very nice. They cleaned up daily before leaving my house.”

He provided the most accurate and comprehensive estimates which, with guidance, proved invaluable to the always difficult insurance claim process.<br>Mine was NOT a full roof claim. However it was significant enough damage to skylights and gutters from a falling tree branch. Of course, the first claim offer from the insurance company was ridiculous. However, Walker’s assistance through a second and third claim made a final settlement worth a complete replacement to the 25 year old roof (that was already very close to end of life). The process took time and patience of which Walker diligently maintained throughout.<br>Once money matters were done, project scheduling became problematic due to weather. However, a couple of +50° days became available and the project was turned over to the roofing crew. They showed up at 6:15am and finished in 12 hours. After cleanup, except for a beautiful new roof, we couldn’t tell they were there.<br>Through project acceptance and payment, Walker maintained oversight of each step. Every person we dealt with at Roof Depot was courteous, professional and competent.<br>I can’t recommend Roof Depot enough. Thank you all !!”
