“Great to do business with. Whenever I've had a problem, they are quick to make it out and solve the problem at a reasonable price. I just had them come out and complete an install that my contractor started, and they picked up where the contractor left off and quickly got the unit running and tested. They also charged up the unit, and installed a wi-fi thermostat. The techs I've had out over the years have always been professional and competent. It's clear they care about good customer service.“

“If I could give 6 stars, I would. AC went out on the hottest day so far. I called and Randy was pulling up in less than 30 minutes and had me back up and running in no time and less than $100.00. We have used them for years and they have always been the best. We purchased our unit from somewhere else several years ago and later had an issue. Randy came out and determined that the company didn’t connect the heat strips. Lesson learned, next time I will purchase from Ernie’s. On a side note, while Randy was here, he received a call from an elderly couple whose AC was out. He said that he would go there immediately because they were elderly and didn’t need to be going without AC. You don’t see that type of service much these days.“
