“Dyes installed the system in our new home. After clearing up an address situation with the account I was able to get the problem fixed on my schedule. I have spoken to several of the ladies on the phone and they are always polite and helpful. Tyler called on his way to my house and he was on time (a rare thing with service calls these days). He listened to me explain the issue and went straight to work. He had the issue (turned out to be a loose wire) fixed quickly. While we were waiting on the system to cycle through he answered my questions and explained how the unit operates in the very cold weather that we have been having. Once the system cycled through, he checked the unit over again and was on his way. I really appreciate Dyes and the staff and I would highly recommend them.“
