Our AC went out in the dog days of summer. We called Parker's Heating And Air to have it serviced on a Saturday morning. They sent a gentleman out within a few hours. We really needed a new unit. The service technician helped us out and put a temporary bandaid on it. A salesman contacted us and emailed a quote with several options to replace it. We made a choice and within a few days they had us back up and running. The office employees along with the install crew were fantastic from start to finish. We highly recommend them to everyone for all of your heating and cooling needs.
The entire team customer service, billing, management, and the technicians worked with my family and I. It's definitely been a trying year and eight months. They went above and beyond to service our home. Things will get better. Thank you.
This is my second recent round of AC repair with Parkers. They are wonderful people and helpful in every way. The office ladies are amazing and the field tech don't mind if you're looking over their shoulder. They are very good at explaining things and definitely at getting them to work.
