The day the permits were granted, Sam was out preparing the site for the dig the next morning. The dig, rebar framing, piping, electrical, and shotcrete all completed within ten days. Had we not decided to add in additional construction work, the pool would have been completed in a month. We had what I consider major work done...a necessary 5' retaining wall to mitigate damage to our pool along with new pavers to replace an old rotten wood deck. There were space constraints, many issues that other people who gave us estimates said were too much to deal with. Mark with LT said no problem to everything we threw at him. They took their time and did the job right. You can tell that they take great pride in their work and the product they put out. It's absolutely beautiful and we could not be happier.
