Today Alberto serviced my yard. He was very patient as I walked him around the perimeter and explained exactly what I needed him to do. He went above and beyond in his service. He treated for fire ants where I pointed out problems. He sprayed any vines that were growing around my fenced perimeter which I also requested. He did everything he could to make sure that I was satisfied with the service he was there to provide.

I would like to commend Alberto Figueroa (Route 86), for his professionalism and outstanding customer service. Prior to Alberto becoming the Technician to service our lawn, we had never received a phone call to advise us of what had been completed for the day. Normally, we would receive an e-mail that outlined what had been done and if there were or are questions, you (me) the customer would have to call the office and inquire or address concerns. Upon Alberto arriving and completing the job, he took the time to contact me and let me know he was the Technician who had been to our home and treated our lawn and detailed what he had applied for lawn & pest control. I’ve been using Dave’s pest control for awhile now. Am always happy with their service. But I’m extremely happy when my favorite person seanna shows up. She is always so pleasant and efficient. A true gem ?
