A SHOUT OUT TO BRANDON - Recently we were having lawn issues, and we requested a service person come to our home. Brandon came and met with my husband, Tony. He was very pleasant, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Brandon and Tony walked around our property and Brandon pointed out various issues that were very helpful to us. Brandon went above and beyond for us and even helped Tony reposition a couple of sprinkler heads for better coverage. We will be requesting Brandon again (if that's possible). Thank you Brandon!!!! I absolutely love Massey. We purchased our home and there were definitely a few problems - moles & ants. Huge ant hills in our front and backyard. I guess Massey used to service my home. He brought a print out of all the services the previous home owner had and was able to honor the previous pricing since they previously had services. I signed up immediately for mole scram, pest, lawn, irrigation, and termites. I paid for all services in full, which got me I believe an extra 5% discount. Once we signed up, my girl Jackie called me to go over my schedule, and told me to call her with any issues. She told me what days I would get services, and made notes on the account since I had not moved into the home at time of signing up. I get a report about all the treatments they provide, whether it be via email or on a piece of paper that they hang on my front door. Certain people will call me the day before a service & ask if I have any questions or if there are any particular things I want them to look at. I remember there was a storm a few months back. After that, we noticed 2 huge ant hills in our backyard. We called Massey and they were out immediately to treat the ants. A few days later, they called to ask if we had seen anymore ants in other areas, because they drove by a few days later to check and didn't see anymore. My husband finally decided to trim our overgrown backyard 2 weeks ago. It looked like grasshopper EDC was going on back there. THEY WERE EVERYWHERE. He called Massey, reported it, and Massey was out the following week. I haven't seen a grasshopper since, but I have also been scared to go back there. But my husband did say he hasn't seen a grasshopper since Massey came out.
