I had an irrigation issue that needed attention. On a Friday evening I called the emergency phone number offered in our recent newsletter. Sean called to say that I could turn off the water supply to stop the leaking head. A tech would come to assess it on Monday morning. Two techs came and replacer the head. Later two different techs came to check for leaks in my system. I am impressed with the quickness and efficiency shown.

We had a lot of issues with the irrigation with water gushing from the drip lines and a few sprinklers, we contacted DTE who is contracted with our HOA , I sent a message on the weekend when they were closed and they responded on Monday on Wednesday everything was repaired. We also had a problem with the way the monitor was set because our irrigation was running on a 1 hour interval 4 consecutive times so when Bismark arrived that day he programmed it to run correctly so now hopefully our water/sewerage Bill won't go through the roof that being said we would like to thank Bismark and his team for responding quickly
I had some damage to my clusia bushes that border my pool cage. The damage is a result of the hard frost back in February. I asked DTE to come out and do some very intricate cutting to both cut out the dead as well as flatten off the tops of my hedges. They were very good to come out in the pretty short period of time. The person that was the project leader spoke perfect English and the executed my instructions perfectly. What more can you ask for.
