“Absolutely the best place for PT! The staff is amazing & very attentive! Unfortunately, I have had some injuries over the past few years so I have done PT quite a bit at 3 places. Orlando Orthopedic Center, Abilify & now Physiotherapy Works. After a year & a half of care for my lower back, I fired Orlando Orthopedic Center & will never go back there again! Huge waste of my time & money! Abilify was just ok. When I needed to start PT after a cervical fusion I decided to check out a few places. From the moment I walked into Physiotherapy Works, I knew it was the place for me! I was almost greeted immediately from a friendly therapist that answered all of my questions. They also offer dry needling & massage which is something I needed as well. I have a lot more therapy to do & will never go anywhere else!“

“This year, I experienced a herniated disc and was at a 10/10 pain level with an inability to walk when I first came in. I was originally misdiagnosed at an Ortho ER but luckily was referred here. I will never forget that day. I nearly crawled into the building and was completely unable to walk. My PT, Trung, was there to not only calm me down but instantly performed care that began to reduce my immediate pain. Without him, I would have been unable to get myself into the next ER where I was properly diagnosed. I was in such severe shape initially that I was terrified about what my recovery would look like and how long I would suffer.

Under Trung’s care, I was very quickly able to re-gain mobility and was given movements to alleviate pain effectively. He took the time to educate me, helping me understand what movements were actually doing, and how specific joints and muscles work together so that I could make a mind muscle connection. He was perfectly paced with the progress and momentum and I was able to make a full recovery. I will be forever grateful for the diligence and kindness Trung provided and any patient under his care is in good hands.“

“Dr. Matt Young and his team give excellent care. Following a thorough evaluation I've been given a program that includes muscle strengthening, massage, and joint manipulation. Matt listens, and answers my many questions thoughtfully and succinctly. Patiently too! He has provided print outs and online links to home exercise that helps alleviate my arthritic pain between sessions. The facility is clean, and pleasant. It has a spacious parking area as well. While Dr. Matt and Dr. Chris provide a constant presence, techs and interns rotate from being undergraduates to working in house to graduate programs. They come and they go. But no matter who on staff is working on a particular day, the spirit is cooperative, lighthearted and caring. I am grateful for the team at Sportscare West Fairbanks.“
