I’ve been to PT Works for a couple different injuries & also dry needling. The staff is excellent - both knowledgeable and friendly. The staff to client ratio is kept very small intentionally & that gives clients a much better experience. Questions are always welcome & met with good answers, and communication is excellent.
PT Works feels like being welcomed into a family. Between the ages of 15 and 20, I had three knee and ankle surgeries, and they were there to guide me through every post-op recovery. Their compassion, encouragement, and expertise made such a lasting impact on my life that I’m now in college gearing up for PT school.. They turned one of the hardest seasons of my life into the inspiration for my future career. I’ve never met a group of healthcare professionals who are so skilled while also making every patient feel genuinely cared for. I’m incredibly grateful that I found PT Works all those years ago.
