Just had my first service treatment. I can say the customer service overt rhe phone frkm Shannon Williams and the service from my service tech Angel were both very professional. I jave never had the whole house in wall set up befofe so it will be interesting to find out how well it works. Angel also went around and cleared cob webs and any spider or other nests from the out side of the house as he treated the exterior. Saw bugs dead instantly on the exterior treatment.

Excellent customer service! I called and the same day they came out. I had black and brown widow spiders in my garage. The technician was very professional and explained everything in detail.

So far so good. Service technician was professional, took the time to explain the service, friendly. He was quick and efficient. This is a new system for me so I'm excited to see how it works. Highly recommend Home Team Pest Defense.
