My first one was at a different place, and I just didn’t see any results after all the money I spent on a diamond glow facial. The Hydrapeel facial I did with Cindy was spectacular and I couldn’t recommend it more. Cindy was super friendly and very knowledgeable in her line of expertise. I didn’t feel rushed and she even took the time to surgically extract all of the bothersome millia I had on my face. She is a genuinely kind, helpful, caring person and a source that I would trust with any medically related opinion. She’s also very personable, funny & always smiling making a person feel comfortable. Even though I live several hours away from the office now, I still travel to see her for any dermatological needs.

I’ve also been seen & treated by Dr. Ronald Knipe who owns the practice where she works. He’s a very skilled surgeon & I would highly recommend both of them.

“The office is nice just a bit smelly when you walk in. But I believe that is due to the carpet, there is parking available on both sides but please keep in mind that the plastic surgery side is the big front door and the side door is the dermatologist. That can be quite confusing as when I initially went for the first visit I went through the incorrect door. The doctor is there on certain days and hours, she was very nice and very thorough with the skin exam. I will be referring my friend to her as well.“

It was so comforting to be able to discuss and be heard. The office is always super cute, the office manager always puts her cozy yet professional touch in the waiting room. “I'm not sure why this place is not 5 stars, but MY first experience, there was five stars, hands-down. The check in process when I entered, was wonderful. I didn't have to wait that long and they took me to the back. The nurse went over all of my concerns with me, and then the PA, Lauren came in. She was very sweet, knowledgeable, and understanding. I like how they didn't push any of the products that they sell there. She recommended a lot of product that I can get on Amazon and target. I have to go back for a follow up, and a little biopsy. I hope that goes well! Anyway, it was a great experience, the wait time was wonderful, and the facility was very pretty and clean.“
