Dr. Spence and his entire staff are kind and welcoming from the moment you walk into the office. My visit to this office was unfortunately due to a traumatic accident resulting in damage to my lips/mouth. Prior to finding Dr. Spence, three different plastic surgeons wanted to schedule a procedure for me immediately. Dr. Spence, however, was the only surgeon who recommended we wait before I spend money that isn’t necessary, or have a procedure done that wouldn’t give me the results I was looking for. He has been nothing but honest and forthcoming about my progress and I would recommend him to anyone in the Orlando area.
