I'm not sure why this place is not 5 stars, but MY first experience, there was five stars, hands-down. The check in process when I entered, was wonderful. I didn't have to wait that long and they took me to the back. The nurse went over all of my concerns with me, and then the PA, Lauren came in. She was very sweet, knowledgeable, and understanding. I like how they didn't push any of the products that they sell there. She recommended a lot of product that I can get on Amazon and target. I have to go back for a follow up, and a little biopsy. I hope that goes well! Anyway, it was a great experience, the wait time was wonderful, and the facility was very pretty and clean.

The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate the kindness and professionalism I experience with every visit. They take time to answer all my questions and always explain with detail the steps they are taking during each procedure. Outstanding customer service!

Reflections staff are educated, professional, consistent and congenial. I appreciate their kindness, attention to detail, excellent communication and follow up. the office is beautiful, modern and well kept. I've been going for years and have always had an excellent experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Palceski and his office.
