I found Doctor Reinu very kind and professional, but the Receptionist, I don't know if because she is Haitian and I am Dominican, she treated me badly as if I were her worst enemy, she spoke very badly. For me, very rude.
Excellent check in , payment but waited a 15-20 min wait then another 15 minutes in room waiting on dr ! Dr care was excellent time spent was through and full body exam with full explanation of issues! Just wait time was long !
The staff and Dr were all professional, capable and caring. The scheduling was not great. I arrived on time at 9:25am but had to wait almost an hour before being called back. Hard to imagine how they could get that far behind that early in the day.
