“I'm not sure why this place is not 5 stars, but MY first experience, there was five stars, hands-down. The check in process when I entered, was wonderful. I didn't have to wait that long and they took me to the back. The nurse went over all of my concerns with me, and then the PA, Lauren came in. She was very sweet, knowledgeable, and understanding. I like how they didn't push any of the products that they sell there. She recommended a lot of product that I can get on Amazon and target. I have to go back for a follow up, and a little biopsy. I hope that goes well! Anyway, it was a great experience, the wait time was wonderful, and the facility was very pretty and clean.“

No one had an answer for anything, turns out the medical provider went home early.Update - went back the next day, and it was an entirely different experience. Very apologetic and serviced us with an immense amount of professional.“
