The best gym in the area as far as the facility amenities, organization, variety of machines, cleanliness, spaciousness, etc.But the best part of my experience has been due to the personal training I’ve had with Shane over the last 3 months. I didn’t think personal training was meant for someone like me, since I’m not a newbie and I know my way around a gym and don’t have tons of weight to lose. However, I did fall into a slump due to schedule issues, injuries and general life events. It’s hard finding a gym that you’re comfortable to workout in as a woman. This location was very clean and friendly! Rishan was wonderful at answering all my questions and concerns. He was honest when it came to signing up for a membership and didn’t make me feel pressured about it.
