First time at the studio tonight. Being an out of towner it can be intimidating going to a new studio but wow! It was an amazing instructor and an amazing class. Hot! Hard! Sweaty! What more can you ask for when you do a hot yoga class. I can’t wait to go back! 10 stars in my opinion! ❤
I really love this hot yoga studio. Everyone is so zen and the instructors are always so nice. It's really tucked away in the Dr. Phillips area. I happened to stumble upon it when I was getting coffee in the plaza one day a year or two ago. The class prices are so reasonable. Alex and Rider are really great teachers and I always have such a relaxing experience here.
In from out of town and popped into a hot yoga class. Kelly was my instructor and it was phenomenal!! Pushed me to my limits but I cried in gratitude at the end. Was met with support from Lauren and Kelly! We are bonded !! Thank you ladies for this space! Namaste!!
