I would recommend Orlando Power Yoga to anyone who is interested in finding the perfect place to do Hot Yoga! All the instructors are amazing! Their various locations and class times are great for people with hectic schedules. This is definitely the place that will help you detox!!

Best Yoga Studio/Teachers in Central Florida. (Trust me I’ve been to them all.) Super friendly knowledgeable instructors, amazing community. All types of yoga classes. My favorite are the power vinyasa classes. Great flows that can be easily customized for beginners to advanced yogis.
