“Love this studio so much!! I’ve taken Reformer Pilates classes everywhere from Los Angeles to NYC to Miami. Thrive Pilates is at the top of the game. They have some of the best equipment I’ve seen. It’s the only studio in Broward that is comparable to studios in bigger cities (trust me I’ve tried them all). All the instructors here are lovely, each brings their own unique flavor. My favorite instructor is Cynthia. She’s excellent at coming up with challenging routines that aren’t hard on my joints. Love this studio and I’ll be coming here for as long as I’m living in Broward. “I signed up for the $49 INTRO-MONTH UNLIMITED CLASS to try it out. Definitely worth it, it's a steal! The instructor's guide, motivate, and encourage you to have a good workout. Fellow students have positive mindsets. I had a good practice every time I attended their classes, it never felt like a contest like some other yoga studios that I attended do. Just BE YOU. Hot flow zen/hot vinyasa with Laura in the morning class was the best for me, she closes her practices with nice wisdom readings at the end. She's a natural and gifted yogini. I highly recommend this hot yoga studio, Laura and her team are really good instructors. You won't be disappointed.“

“Club Pilates at Cooper City has changed my life. I love this studio and I love these instructors. I originally joined Club Pilates with the limited 8 sessions per month and quickly upgraded to unlimited. I was experiencing lower back pain from sitting at a computer most of the day, and I knew that I needed to switch up my existing exercise routine.

With the help of my favorite instructors (Alejandra, Ivette, and Claudia), I saw changes to my body within a few weeks. The transformation was truly amazing. I now attend 6 days a week and Club Pilates is without question the highlight of my day. No two classes are the same! I rotate between different level classes, different class types and different instructors. After 100 classes, I'm TWO SIZES smaller than when I first walked into the studio.

Additionally, the front desk has always been so helpful and friendly. They are the true definition of professionalism. Anytime I needed to rebook on short notice or if I had an emergency, they have always been quick to call me back and have been very accommodating.

I would recommend Club Pilates at Cooper City to anyone who is looking for core strength training, toning and an overall good time. You won't regret it! I've gained confidence, I'm able to do exercises that I wasn't able to do before, and I've made wonderful Pilates Friends.“
