Sometimes the best way to rate a company is how they deal with a problem down the road, after the original install. Recently had a problem with the impact door they installed. Texted Lloyd and he answered quickly and they were able to send a friendly service tech the following day and resolve the issue. Now this was 8 months after the original install. Tons of window companies out there, but finding one who stands buy their product after install with prompt service now that is a rare find these days. Would recommend them to anyone and Lloyd our contact/sales rep was awesome.

I love my new front doors and impact sliders from NSI Windows & Doors! Jodean was so patient and knowledgable in helping me make the right selections for my home. I am very happy with the quality of the products. The installation went very smooth and the overall cost was well within budget. Thank you, NSI, I'll definitely be using you to upgrade all of my windows too!
