Chase explained to me why they do this and it had nothing to do with giving me a “quote”. The only purpose for this is to do a sales job on me using my wife to apply pressure to make the sale!
It was just the opposite with Chase. I felt like he was not interested in pressuring me just to make a sale and was really interested in making sure I was happy with the whole process!
While I ultimately did not buy windows from his company, due to the issue with the grant, I will most certainly use their services in the near future and I hardly recommend them to anyone looking for a GREAT window replacement company!”
