“I had applied for a My Safe Florida Home grant to assist with replacing my almost 30 year old builder single pane windows with hurricane rated windows only to find out that they would NOT cover any of the cost because, at 70 years old, they wanted me to put up the heavy hurricane shutters that came with my TWO story home!
However, in the meantime before I found out about this issue, I had a very interesting and useful conversation with Chase and he was a breath of fresh after talking to MANY other window companies (most of which you see advertise on TV) only to hang up on them after a few minutes! They ALL wanted for my wife to be there when they sent their “representative” just to give me a quote!!!
Chase explained to me why they do this and it had nothing to do with giving me a “quote”. The only purpose for this is to do a sales job on me using my wife to apply pressure to make the sale!
It was just the opposite with Chase. I felt like he was not interested in pressuring me just to make a sale and was really interested in making sure I was happy with the whole process!
While I ultimately did not buy windows from his company, due to the issue with the grant, I will most certainly use their services in the near future and I hardly recommend them to anyone looking for a GREAT window replacement company!“

“Excellent experience from start to finish. Vinny was our project manager and was always very responsive. They had to accomondate my wife and I working from home so Vinny promised a large crew that got done in a single day (tear off and installation of the roof material) thereby minimizing the noise to one day. The wait for the tiles was long but it was within the time frame they told us to expect. The office staff were highly responsive via email. All in all, a very good experience and we highly recommend Gustafuson/Stronghouse.“
