The sales process and installation of my windows and slider went extremely well. Hamilton and MacLeish were tremendous employee installers, who worked tirelessly to make sure everything was plumb, level, and in perfect working order. Hamilton walked me in and around to all the new windows, and had us work with them, to make make sure we were well versed in all the new features.I already passed on Window World information to my next door neighbor, and I would recommend they ask for Hamilton and MacLeish to handle their retrofit.

The sales professionals helped me pick great styles for my windows. I was doing them mostly for energy efficiency, and safety, but was so impressed by the noise reduction, and the beauty of the windows! they arrived quickly (under 5 weeks) and the instillation team was so quick, clean, and professional. Good quality and service.Small delay on delivery which I understand due to the industry demand.Didn't affect me because I took in consideration extra time to finish the project.Gerald did a great job, very professional, on time and courteous.
