Long wait, even with an appointment, we're now in our tertiary waiting room. But Letitia has already seen us and been a breath of fresh air, and Janet the nurse practitioner was impressed with the speed of my adhering. Like Russian nesting dolls (matriushka) one waiting room led to the next, each increasingly tiny, and before we knew it we'd been there for hours. It would have been hilarious if we'd called 911 from within the MDnow complex and said that we were calling from there because we couldn't get any medical attention. The front desk girls were very professional very quick. My doctor was amazing very caring shook my hand even took her time with me and explained everything twice to make sure I understood everything on the papers that she gave me explained the prescriptions two times as well to let me Really comprehend the medication and everything that was going on very professional. Very clean. Definitely recommend this place for anyone and everyone who is not feeling good from cold to back issues. They’re amazing at everything they do. If they had 10 stars, I’d give them the full 10 but they only have five may God bless this beautiful team.

The overall visit was good and as follows:Reception staff: Very Professional, Eye ContactMA Person: Very rude, no eye contact. Not a people person. May need more training, or find another profession. I almost left the before I saw the Nurse. Very scary person.Nurse: Very Professional, listening skills were very good. Gave me some very good advice. Made the visit easier.
