Best service ever!!!! From the receptionist to the doctor!!! 40 Monroe’s!!!

I had the best experience coming here and getting treated and having my followup. Unfortunately, at my followup, I was told that the antibiotic prescribed wasn't very effective for the infection I wound up having. I was feeling better though so the Dr told me to call back if something changed. Well it did change, however, a different Dr is there and will not prescribe the proper antibiotic unless I go in. I paid for the treatment appointment and I paid for the followup. They will not let me speak to this other Dr and they won't even tell me her name. This is crazy. This is the best Urgent Care I have visited in West Palm Beach. Great doctor, nurses and office staff. They are very nice and professional. The place is super neat, quiet and the service is fast.
