If I could I would give her zero stars, the doctor was very kind, but the girls at the front who treated me at the reception are very rude since we arrived, they didn't even greet us, with a bad face, a girl made a coffee and knocked down the door in a very rude twice Making a lot of noise she didn't even greet us we went to her to thank her for the coffee and she turned our faces, a smile costs nothing and makes anyone's day brighter, we are not all the same but I think we are worth it Same thing, it's very sad to see those things in this country where we don't lack anything. This afternoon I visited the clinic with my husband who performed the CDL tests. It is difficult to understand that in the society we live in there are still people who have so little education or who have such poor customer service. The experience was very unpleasant, the two women at the reception ignored us. When we asked if she spoke Spanish (which is our language) she told us no. (she doesn't have to speak Spanish we understand) Then she started speaking in Spanish with someone else who arrived. I did my DOT exam on 12/23/2023 and my CDL license was suspended because that clinic never sent the exams to the DMV And that's why they charge you 20 extra but they don't send it and I called and I don't remember the name well I think it was merci to explain to him and I cut my phone you have to give him a little more education to work with people because that's why they pay him a terrible place
