Ro is an excellent communicator, incredibly flexible with scheduling, and always on time. What truly sets him apart is his willingness to find solutions that work for your specific situation. Our son has a rare disease, so we have to be extremely careful about chemical exposure while still wanting to enjoy our outdoor space. Ro listened to our concerns and didn’t stop working until he got our mosquito problem under control using approaches we were comfortable with.

I have always and continue to be very satisfied with the service that I get from Oregon especially with my technician Omar he is so pleasant and thorough and does such a good job
There's still just one small minor thing that I don't understand I get my service and then quite a while later I get my bill in the mail but before I get my bill I get a notice on my computer email that is a collection letter that I have never understood that you send me a collection overdue bill before I even received the bill so I know it must be just a computer glitch but as long as it doesn't affect my credit rating which I take very good care of I've given up trying to get rid of the collection letters
The notification process has improved greatly even though I still don't get to choose my date I get plenty of notice ahead of time as to when it's coming and the opportunity to reschedule is given to me I appreciate that so much I am also notified two days before they come and especially appreciate being notified as soon as they arrive because I put my dog away who is overly friendly and gets in the way so all is well with my Orkin

I am always happy with the service that I get from my technician Omar once he gets here your notification system had a real problem today I wasn't notified of the 2 hours span just the day so I had to call and then I was notified that he was on his way and then I was notified that unfortunately you couldn't do my service today and then I was notified that my service was rescheduled for later today and I was standing here looking at him when these messages were coming in however that's not important the service is very satisfactory“
