Ro is an excellent communicator, incredibly flexible with scheduling, and always on time. What truly sets him apart is his willingness to find solutions that work for your specific situation. Our son has a rare disease, so we have to be extremely careful about chemical exposure while still wanting to enjoy our outdoor space. Ro listened to our concerns and didn’t stop working until he got our mosquito problem under control using approaches we were comfortable with.

“Thought I had a critter in my attic. 2 men came out and looked around including going on my roof. They assured me there are no openings but they was an attempt to get in. Metal blocked it from getting in. That’s what I heard…. the scratching of a critter, maybe a squirrel trying to get in.
